Passionate about music and technology, Youri Dominique has been evolving at the intersection of these two worlds for over two decades. First recognized as a member of the Rainmen duo, who left their mark on the Quebec hip-hop scene with the 1998 album Armageddon, he then turned his career towards change management and artificial intelligence.
His expertise has led him to support organizations in a variety of sectors -culture, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, utilities, agrifood, transportation, retail- in helping them integrate AI into their processes. He has also carried out AI strategic intelligence mandates for key players in the music industry, such as ADISQ and AMUQ.
In 2020, he founded HITstory, a platform dedicated to connecting and discovering artists. Today, with his partner GeniusXR, he is working on DJ Pool.club and the integration of HITstory into UVRSE, an app that will use AI to optimize music matching and recommendations. This project aims to open up new opportunities for creators and promote fairer access to music.

Manuel Sainsily is a TEDx speaker and XR instructor at McGill University and the University of Massachusetts in Boston. Born in Guadeloupe and now a Canadian citizen based in Montreal, where he earned his Master’s degree in Engineering Science, he is a trilingual speaker, designer, and educator with over fifteen years of experience advocating for the responsible use and understanding of artificial intelligence.<br><br>From publishing an AI ethics course with MasterClass to speaking at global conferences on technology, film, and video games, Manuel has been recognized by NVIDIA, Mozilla Rise25, and SkillShare for his contributions to the field. He is CEO of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) - the world's largest public film festival and one of Canada's premier cultural brands. Under his strategic direction, the festival continues to grow in size and significance each year.
Bailey began his career as a film critic. He also curated films for Cinematheque Ontario, The National Gallery of Canada, The National Film Board of Canada, and Australia’s Sydney International Film Festival before joining TIFF in 1990. He began as a programmer selecting Canadian films before moving on to African and South Asian cinema. He’s responsible for TIFF’s highly successful subscription series, Reel Talk, and also headed TIFF’s Perspective Canada series and founded its Planet Africa section.
Bailey has taught film curation at the University of Toronto and holds an honorary doctorate from Western University. He is a Chevalier in France’s Order of Arts and Letters, member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science, and for 12 consecutive years been named one of “Toronto’s 50 Most Influential People” by Toronto Life.
