For its second edition, the Sommet Dynastie is putting forward a human approach by integrating a series of wellness spaces accessible to all during the two-day event. Conceived as breathing zones, these spaces have been designed to encourage exchange, listening, relaxation and reflection on mental health issues, in a caring and respectful environment.
La Maison du bien-être - presented by Bell
To be an artist, or to work in the cultural or media sectors, is to navigate an exciting but demanding world. Finding your place, dealing with instability, constantly performing, meeting expectations, critics, likes... The pressure is real. And we often forget ourselves.
That's why we imagined the Maison du bien-être at the heart of the Sommet Dynastie. Not as a coffee break, but as an essential space. A place to breathe, let off steam, reconnect with yourself. Because taking care of your mental health, your energy and your balance is a necessity.
In this home, designed with you in mind, you'll find zones of calm, breathing workshops, and tools for unplugging, reflecting and refocusing. It's a concrete response to a deep-seated need: to hold on, to create and to exist in an environment that demands ever more.
On site, the Bien-être Noir team is responsible for running the Maison du Bien-être. Through a varied program, participants are invited to take part in playful games on mental health, participate in friendly discussions with professionals in the field, and simply take the time to relax. We'll also be talking about self-esteem, plural masculinities, microaggressions, mental load and mental health among artists.
Overview of Maison du Bien-être programming
Wall of gratitude
Right next door, the Wall of Gratitude - also presented by Bell - adds a participatory and introspective dimension to the experience. It invites visitors to make a powerful symbolic gesture: put down a fear and leave with a positive affirmation. The wall evolves as the days go by, carried along by the spontaneous contributions of people who take a moment to stop by. It becomes a place of passage, where vulnerability and strength meet.
A wellness station completes the experience. It features a Workind activation, with two chair massage stations available for participants. This offer helps to release accumulated pressure, give the body a moment of rest, and fully integrate the notion of overall well-being, both physical and mental.
By integrating these wellness spaces into its programming, the Sommet Dynastie affirms a clear vision: that of an event that takes care of its communities. Here, people don't just come to network or learn. They also come to take a breather, reconnect with themselves and others, and leave a little more grounded to face the external pressures of the cultural, artistic and media worlds.
